We take concerns like this seriously, and I was surprised to read this review because I have not personally spoken with you about this claim or your deductible.

After seeing your concerns, I attempted to call you. We spoke briefly before the call disconnected, and I called back but was unable to reach you. In the meantime, my team and I have spent considerable time speaking with Claims and now have additional information that we believe will help clarify the situation and the next steps.

While our agency does not make claim or payment decisions, we are absolutely willing to help you understand the process and work with Claims toward a resolution.

Insurance claims involving deductibles and another driver's liability can sometimes be confusing, and we certainly don't want anyone to feel they are being given conflicting information. Because claim and policy details are private, I don't believe a public forum is the appropriate place to discuss the specifics of your situation. I would much rather speak with you directly, explain what we learned from Claims, and help you determine the next steps.
